Energy of Form and Design

Each workshop will follow the re-awakening of beauty and creativity within the group. In using a variety of different images, designs and impressions, we encourage each individual to experience Light and Colour in spontaneous and exciting ways in - art, photography, energetic forms, elements, nature, movement , visualisation, drama and as many creative ways as we are attracted to, that may enhance our appreciation on all levels of consciousness. This is an experience to re-awaken our finer senses and joy of living.
